To get started, head to the BFit Services Page. There, you can select your plan, submit your payment, and enter all the details I need to create your fully customized program.

Once I receive everything, I’ll get to work on building a plan that fits your life—and gets results 💪🏼

Recipe eBooks (Worldwide Access 🌎)

eBooks are available for purchase anywhere in the world! Once your payment is complete, you'll be directed to a confirmation page with a download link for your PDF. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with the same download link—be sure to check your junk/spam folder if it’s not in your inbox.

Saving Your eBook:

📱 iPhone: After downloading, tap the share icon and select “Copy to Books”. It will be saved in your Books app for future use.

📱 Android: Download the Adobe Reader app, then download your PDF and open/save it in Adobe for easy access.

If your download link expires, don’t worry! A new email with an updated link will automatically be sent.

Printed books ordered through breannefreeman.com ship within the domestic U.S. only and are typically dispatched within 3 business days unless otherwise noted. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is fulfilled.

Canadian residents: You can purchase hard copies via Amazon .

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please report it within 4 weeks of receiving your order. Email breannefreeman81@gmail.com with:

• A description of the issue

• Your order number

• A photo of the item, if possible

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date.
